A wonderful, cheesy macaroni and cheese recipe cooked in a slow cooker. Great for those busy days or for a potluck.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 can [12 oz] evaporated milk
  • 1 can [10 3/4 oz] cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup [1 stick] butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper [or black pepper to your taste]
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cups of triple cheddar cheese, divided [I used Kraft Triple Cheddar]
