The most difficult part of these dumplings is waiting for them to bake. The smell alone has me fighting the urge to lick my oven door. I pretend I make these for the kids. It’s a lie. They’re for me. MINE MINE MINE.

Ingredients:
  • 3 large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 (10 oz) cans pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls (I used Grands)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for spinkling)
  • 1 (12 oz ) can of Mountain Dew
