Twice Baked Spaghetti Squash! Healthy, low calorie, filling and delicious! I'll have to use real ground round and dairy though

  • Yves Veggie Ground Round - 1/2 cup
  • Basil
  • Broccoli, 2 cups chopped
  • Red Pepper, 1 (chopped)
  • Zucchini, 2 cups (chopped)
  • Soy Cheese, 1/2 cup (Grated)
  • Low fat sour cream, 1 tbls
