Gluten Free chocolate chip truffles. These are awesome, favorite gluten free dessert yet and really easy! I did use only half the called for amount of chocolate chips for the center mixture, if you use all the called for amount and they are mini chips it makes it really hard to roll into balls, with the chocolate on the outside they are not missed.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 C salted butter (not margarine), softened
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 2 C gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 t vanilla (specifically McCormick Pure Vanilla to avoid corn)
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 C mini chocolate chips (Nestle)
  • 2 C milk chocolate chips (Nestle)
  • 2 T canola oil
