Good, but they didn't blow me away. For the veggies I used carrots, onions, and red and yellow peppers. The glaze was great, and I added button mushrooms to it which was delicious.
For the steak:
1 1/2 – 2 lb skirt steak/ 8-10 thin sliced sirloin (flank steak or thin-sliced top round also works)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Your favorite steak seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the filling:
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
1/2 a zucchini (depending on size)
5-6 green onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
For the glaze:
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup beef broth
