A twist on a traditional Tex-Mex breakfast. Spicy shredded chicken, eggs, and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with a guacamole sauce.

Ingredients:
1 Pound chicken breasts, poached
1 Large white onion, diced
3 Cloves garlic
1 7 ounce can green chiles
1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 Large eggs, scrambled
6 Ounces cheese, grated
4 Large flour tortillas
2 Tablespoons olive oil
GUACAMOLE SAUCE:
1 Cup Yoplait Greek yogurt
1 Avocado
TOPPINGS:
Avocado, sliced
Hot sauce
Salt and pepper
